Learn how to create beautiful masterpieces by taking a 'Class with Sass'. We offer a variety of fun and easy year-round and seasonal workshops for ages 8 - 80! No, you don't have to be an art major, you just show up and have a great time! We provide it all!

In these 2-hour sessions, you will learn how to design, create, grout and seal a simple mosaic. Prior to the class, you will select the project you wish to complete by REGISTERING for the class. The cost is $30 per person (which includes everything you need—the project, tiles, glue, grout and sealer, etc.). Payment (cash or check) is made the day of the event.
We have a minimum class requirement of 10 participants, depending on your location, but have worked with groups in excess of 100. With over 25 PROJECT OPTIONS (updated seasonally) in our collection and over 100 tile variations, making mosaics has never been easier.
These classes are excellent for a Girl's Night Out, Employee Team Building, Church Gatherings, Kid's Parties or JUST BECAUSE YOU WANT TO HAVE FUN!

The stepping stone class is a popular hit with our clients. Participants will receive a 12 X 12 treated garden stone to decorate as they wish during the class. The instructor will walk you through how to prepare, decorate, properly secure tiles, grout and seal your stone for the outdoor climate.
The cost for these 2-hour sessions is $40 per person, which includes the stepping stone, tiles/glass, adhesive, grout, gloves and sealer. This class is suitable for individuals ages 8 and up. We have a minimum requirement of 10 participants for the stepping stone class and a maximum of 30.

Stained Glass Classes
STAINED GLASS FOR BEGINNERS
These ‘mini’ stained glass classes are expedited introductory courses, using various tools and supplies. It will give you a brief overview to the copper foil process while making your very own stained glass piece. $60/person.

*3rd ANNUAL COUPLES STAINED GLASS CHALLENGE*
We are looking for 5 couples to compete in our 3rd annual stained glass challenge! We will cover the fundamentals of stained glass making including the proper use of tools and equipment. Couples will be given the same pattern (announced that evening) to make as a team. Pictures of the final pieces will be posted and the couple with the most FB likes will win a free GWS class and 2026 bragging rights! The cost is $150/couple. We will have a variety of wine, snacks and chocolates available.

This is the perfect beginner class to take if you are interested in learning how to design and create mosaics on windows. Learn tips on creating a great design, grouting do’s & don’ts and the importance of a good final seal! While working on your window project, you’ll have access to over 1,000 stained glass and tile varieties. Cost includes everything you will need, including the use of GWS tools, supplies and glass. $40/per person.
*We recommend that you take this class prior to the Window Mosaic class.

We are so excited to introduce this new shattered glass class! It is great for beginners, intermediate and advanced students! We will provide everything you will need! Participants will create 3D glass art designs on a beautiful framed, wooden canvas (with hanging hooks). We will seal the finished artwork with a coat of high quality glass resin. All art pieces will be ready the following business day for pickup after the resin has cured.

Our favorite class!
Participants will select their desired window style prior to the first class and it will be prepped and ready for you when you arrive. In this class, you will learn and apply all mosaic principles throughout the entire process--from design to the final seal.
This class will meet from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. in the Glass with Sass classroom (Flemingsburg). Cost is $250 for six sessions. All supplies, windows, tiles/glass, glue, grout, sealer and the use of studio tools are included in the cost.
